Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back within 5 days of approval.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

As we operate on a cash on delivery basis, refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed method (such as bank transfer or other suitable means).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photo evidence to process your claim quickly.

Eligible cases will be offered a replacement or full refund.
